It?s Been gradually getting worse. I used to enjoy the breakfast but lately not so much anymore. My mother in law ordered a... hamburger from there yesterday and it wasn?t fully cooked and she said something about it and the manager told her it wasn?t rawit just had sauce in the hamburger! Ummm really since when? Either way! Really need to step up on the quality of the product.weordered breakfast this morning and it was terrible again so I am posting in hopes that it will be noticed by the company andimproved. I had sausage egg and cheese, the biscuit was hard and I could barely chew it, and it was burnt I feel like it wasleft under a heat lamp too long because it was not warm at all and the biscuit was hard! My husband had a ham biscuit and it hada couple of pieces of ham that was thin as paper and he said he couldn?t eat the top of the biscuit because it was hard as arock. Again I think it was old and just left under the lamp, not a good experience and from what I hear from family it?s bad forthem too! What happened to the quality of the product being top priority? I wouldn?t serve some thing I wouldn?t eat myself! Iwish the company would address the issues and make it a better place to eat daily again! Thank you Read more
Terrible issues with staffing here. Waited at the drive thru order window for 10+ minutes while listening to the person that... takes the orders barking instructions at other staff members. Finally drove off and up the street to chick FIL a, ordered andwas out of there in under 5 minutes. Can't believe they're still open. Read more
Don?t waste your money!! I stopped in, no one at counter- they were all hanging out in lobby.. finally a nice young man came to... counter- he appeared to be a new employee. I ordered a small doubled cheese burger. ICE COLD and tiny little dried up burgerswere crunchy.. onion was the outside peeling of the onion. NO one in there took any pride in their jobs. All appeared to bedirty and Greasy hair and piercings.. NEVER Again will I stop and will FOR SURE warn others..The Hardee?s logo would be ashamedof this Location.. Read more
Food was good but usual drive thru experience. They give you no silverware to eat biscuits and gravy, and no cream or sugar for... coffee after requesting it. Plenty of free parking available. Employees are friendly. Read more
Nice folks but me and another customer waited 25 minutes for our food. Nothing fancy- one order of nachos and a few regular... tacos. They handled burger orders for other people pretty well while we waited. They had one guy working very hard in thekitchen. Read more
Chicken strip are the best. Always great service. That was a previous visit. This visit food was not worth eating. Chicken... strips half done the other half so hard you wouldn't eat them. Fries tasted liked yesterdays or day before. Half of them were sohard the dog wouldn't eat them. Yes tasted like coffee hot and bitter. If took 12 minutes to get order. Read more
It was just one lady running this store. There was a small wait, but that is to be expected. The lady working still worked very... efficiently and the food came out quicker than expected and it was amazing. We all enjoyed it. Read more
