Our food was very good, we just got appetizers and drinks while the rest of the group got entrees we tried and all were really... great. The staff was very pleasant and kind and the bar tender gave us some very strong drinks. All Longhorns have great foodbut this one had a great staff that put them above others I've been too. Went in at about 830 pm on a Friday night with a party of 4. We had no wait to get seated. Great food, everything was delicious... and hot. Server was very friendly and welcoming. Well, I ordered 2 kids meals to go at approx 8pm for my son's birthday. I was told.to pick up at 840 which was long for 2 kids... meals. I arrived at 835 and was told they would let me know when my order was ready. After another hour and 3 calls to the manager, it finally came out with an apology due to a lost order w 2 10$ gift cards. The lady said the manager gave an appetizerand 2 gift card for the inconvenience. There was no appetizer. I attempted to use the cards a few days ago. I was then told Icould only use 1 per visit even though it said nothing like that on the cards. My order again eventually made its way out andwas absolutely disgusting.
