Stopped in after a few winery tours. Got seated immediately. The service was good. She was always checking in with us. However... our chicken tenders order was more like chicken nuggets. Our server was gracious enough to get us more nuggets to make a tendermeal. Read more

Our food was very good, we just got appetizers and drinks while the rest of the group got entrees we tried and all were really... great. The staff was very pleasant and kind and the bar tender gave us some very strong drinks. All Longhorns have great foodbut this one had a great staff that put them above others I've been too. Went in at about 830 pm on a Friday night with a party of 4. We had no wait to get seated. Great food, everything was delicious... and hot. Server was very friendly and welcoming. Well, I ordered 2 kids meals to go at approx 8pm for my son's birthday. I was told.to pick up at 840 which was long for 2 kids... meals. I arrived at 835 and was told they would let me know when my order was ready. After another hour and 3 calls to the manager, it finally came out with an apology due to a lost order w 2 10$ gift cards. The lady said the manager gave an appetizerand 2 gift card for the inconvenience. There was no appetizer. I attempted to use the cards a few days ago. I was then told Icould only use 1 per visit even though it said nothing like that on the cards. My order again eventually made its way out andwas absolutely disgusting. We ordered mushrooms that were ice cold uncooked, and absolutely disgusting. What a disappointment.I'd planned a company Xmas party there for 75 but I'll be rethinking Read more

I sat at the bar and the bartender was so cool. She has worked there for a long time and was very knowledgeable about the menu.... She was helpful in making my decision. I ordered the ribs and they were tender and delicious. The portions were generous. Read more

I love this place!!! Most of the time the service, food quality and quickness of preparing our order is prompt and very good.... However, the last 2 times there were a couple of items that were not upto our standards of food quality. We are in love withthe Brussels sprouts with the honey butter glaze, but the last 2 times there was no honey butter glaze, no bacon and they werevery burnt and super dry.. We checked the online app three times and it said no wait. When we got there there were people backed out the door. We were... told the computer system needed to be updated. We were told that we would have a 35 minute wait but that turned into a wait of1 hour and 45 minutes. We had a party of 8 and there were parties of 7 that went ahead of us 3 times. We were so disappointed. We were not apologized to. We were not compensated for our inconvenience. It was a very disappointing experience. The foodwas cold. The service was slow. I would recommend that you find another steakhouse to visit. The manager didn?t apologize. We were very disappointed. Go somewhere else. The service was pretty fast. The portion of my appetizer was a lot bigger than expected. Food was pretty good as well.
