Drive thru on October 16 at 11:39am. Took 23 minutes in line to get my food. I was second in line to give my order. I would... have drove away as many did during that time had I not been blocked in. The cashier had the wrong order so I corrected her. Sheseemed like she was more interested in joking around with the other employees than customer service. When I got to the secondwindow they tried give me the wrong food. My order wasn?t ready after 20 minutes! Had to wait for it to be brought up. At leastit was hot. Not sorry and not impressed. Once again terrible service and wait. There was no acknowledgement/concern from staff that 20 minutes had passed and we were... still waiting on our missing burger. They actually ignored us as we were standing up front. Several young kids and no oneworking the grill. This is a trend here at this location it seems. My son loves McDonald's, so we go there time to time for him.This is not going to be the case going forward. Customer service is everything. The wait wasn't the problem, the failure to haveany concern or even respond with explanation or apology is the issue.. Read more
Was trying to grab a fast bite to eat since we had a late night at work waited 30 mins to be told they didn?t even have our... order as we ordered it, tried to correct it and was told well he?s new which is completely understandable but no reason to shutthe window in paying patient customers face as we was just trying to let it be known what we needed. Still left with a windowshut in our face because they wouldn?t even give us time to correct it! So left with an in complete order because clearly theydidn?t care and also stated for us to pull up while we was trying to state we needed to correct or order, for what reason wouldwe need to pull up before they even know what we wanted?! Last night was absolutely the worst. Waited about 20 minutes for nuggets and half of them were cold or tasted old. The fries... were stale tasting. The best thing that come out of it were the cokes and sweet and sour sauce. Absolutely ridiculous Read more
We stopped in for a quick bite and was extremely disappointed in everything and everyone except the girl who took our money. She... was very nice and even got our dogs a little whip cream and they LOVED that! My issue was everything else. My nuggets wereclearly "re-fried" super brown, crunchy, and flavorless. My wife's burger was supposed to have no onion and instead all she gotwas 1 pickle and some ketchup. The burger was all smashed and weird looking. When the order was "handed" out of the window to usit was more like they tossed it in the car and the window was closed before we could even realize what was happening. No "thankyou" or "have a nice day". Nothing. I will not be back here and strongly recommend you don't go there. Read more
By far worse restaurant I've ever been to!!! I'd give 0 stars if possible. Bathrooms was a disaster even my 6 year son said "OH... MY GOD ITS NASTY" when he walked in. That's sad considering most 6 year olds don't care about a mess. Waited 20 mins just toorder all while the employees was standing around grabbing food with no gloves. Then when we finally got our food and sat downthe Manager on duty came walking up with a drawer with some guy in a tank top and he was filthy from head to toe. It was VERY busy when my son and I were there. At least 5 or more ppl were waiting for their orders and drive thru was backed... up. The young lady working the front was doing a great job. She apologized for us having to wait to place our order and was verynice in a stressful situation. She was very nice to ppl when giving them their food. Considering how busy it was I didn't thinkwe had to wait too long for our food. Read more
