We ordered a lunch special for pickup. It was the philly cheesesteak sandwich which was very good and the serving size was... generous. We ended up sitting at the bar and eating our takeout and had a nice meal. The employees were good, the place appearedclean but it's a chain and the atmosphere is a bit cheesy and some of the patrons we're over the top obnoxious. I recommend thislocation. Awesome Ruby Tuesday everything about it .. I hadn't been to a RT'S in yrs because of disappointing food and service. My... brother was in town and wanted to have dinner with my son and his new wife and this is their go to place.. I reluctantly agreedto the restaurant because it is their, now mine, favorite place! a truly nice sit down family dinner!! The food wasdelicious right down to the biggest piece ( huge seriously) most delicious carrot cake!! Thanks and two thumbs up all around..THANK YOU SON FOR AN AMAZING EVENING AT AN AMAZING RESTAURANT with three of my favorite people in the world.. The best food I'vehad at one in so Long!! The staff are always very friendly and their prices are typically less than $15 per person for a meal. The cook always makes the... steaks perfectly to request, and the food is fantastic for the price. I adore the atmosphere as well. :) Read more
We had a nice waitress but the food was lacking all around. It was a disappointment but we didn't make a scene nor speak to a... manager. Someone else had already asked for him and he had his hands full apologizing for their poorly cooked food. So If we areblessed there will be other days to buy and eat good food. Read more
My husband and I have always loved Ruby Tuesdays, but this was a very different experience. I purchased a salad bar and a side... of sweet potato fries. The salad bar was pretty much empty, so I asked if they could restock. I received my fries and myhusband meal, we ate and still the bar hadn't been stocked. Read more
This place was a disaster. Front of house and back of house seemed to be arguing with each other the entire time I was there. I... ordered a steak medium rare and it came out light brown. Picture Bonus: I brought a model to liven up the photos! This restaurant meets its basic charter to offer a range of decent food... at a moderate price. I ordered the Bourbon chicken via Door Dash. The chicken was extremely burnt on both sides. It was dry and too hard to eat.... Jason the manager at Ruby Tuesday informed me I would have to arrange another driver myself, or go through Door Dash for arefund. Customer service is definitely lacking and seems to not care at all.
