So slow (probably because half the people working were on their phones). Pizza was soggy with an excessive amount of grease and... barely edible. All for 7 dollars a slice! And yes, that is a pool of grease from just 1 slice. Read more

We had some amazing Artichoke Pizza in Greenwich Village. Truly amazing. Thought we?d have some more at the airport while... waiting for our flight home. Walked completely across Terminal C to have some. Got there around 2:15 PM only to find out theyhad no artichoke pizza. They had just put one in the oven, and they said it would be an hour before it was ready. Hmm, youdidn?t see that you were running out of your namesake pizza? Actually, once I read the reviews and we decided to eat elsewhere,I was relieved, because the reviews are terrible. It would?ve ruined our positive experience earlier. Don?t bother walking tofind this place. Read more

Terrible. Nothing like the regular stores outside of the airport. The pizza is not the same consistency or flavor. It's not thin... crust and it's soggy. It's not cooked properly and the ovens don't even reheat the pizzas because they weren't cooked in thefirst place. None of the pies taste like what they're supposed to. Do not spend your money here!!! I literally had to ask thefood court managers to refund me. This was inedible Read more

They ruined my pizza by picking three slices together in one box with WAX paper separating them. The paper fused to my pizza and... when I asked for replacement pizza they said all they would give me is pepperoni. When I said I wanted a slice of the freshpizza they had just made the man behind the counter said I can't always have what I want and gave me old pizza. I agree youcan't always get what you need awnt, but you should get what you order and pay for. DO NOT EAT HERE. Read more

Absolutely disgusting and extremely disorganized. No instructions on how to pay. We didn't get a ticket, went to pay at... cashier, came back for ticket, went back to cashier to pay, paid, they didn't stamp it, then had to argue to get our pizza.Every customer was confused, which made the wait extra long too. The pizza was so soggy that it literally fell apart when Ipicked it up. The oven is probably not hot enough to get it crispy on re-heat. This is nothing like the Artichoke locations inthe city. Avoid at all costs. The owners of Artichoke must immediately fix or remove this location because it will destroy theirbrand. Read more

This is solely based on this location because the non-airport restaurants are great. Pro - artichoke pizza in the airport. Cons... - artichoke pizza slice was smaller and wasn?t hot, it was also way more expensive compared to the restaurants. Suggestion, don?t buy Artichoke pizza at the airport location. May be the best advice you get all day. Read more

I got the artichoke slice and it was such a disappointment. I blame it on the pizza maker. The cheese was extremely soupy. Look... at the pic. The location at the airport is destroying the representation and image of Artichoke Pizza Read more
