Horrible service. Guy throws my croissants in a bag and tells me no warm up or butter. All this for $3.00!
Flies were all over the donuts. An attempt was made to cover them with plastic wrap but the wrap was pulled back and the flies... were having a feast. Bacon wrap tasted metallic. Where is the health department? This Dunkin Donuts is not ready to serve thepublic. We have enough health concerns as it is without adding this mess to the list. Read more
The worst service, they don't have anything I ask for several items and they don't have ,I ask for Ice coffee no Ice coffee The... employees are hugging in front are us , they don't have any respect ,someone need to take care of these is only 2 restaurantsin these terminal but for sure next time for sure no Dunkin donut. I really don?t know where are the Dunkin Donuts 300 seconds standards service, totally a failure in this location. Employees... don?t have a system in place. Manager don?t support employees to make it easy for the customers and employees. A totallyconfusion in the self-order area. My coffee was cold and it took forever to get to my hands. They post that the store closes at 8:00PM on Saturdays but at 7:40PM I was rejected because they ?were already closed?.
First of all there was a confusion between cash lane & card lane . The machine wouldn?t calculate correctly & we had to get back... in the cash lane. The staff was super slow & did not meet expectations considering were in an airport & time is sensitive. Manypeople left due to the wait times. Once i received my drink it jus had milk after asking for cream, sugar & caramel. Many peoplegot their drinks before me when i ordered 5 mins before ????. Do not recommend. Read more

If I could rate it zero starts I would! I?ve been waiting in line since 5am it is now 5:35 and the employee is still not open or... even attending customers. There are many people leaving because of the lack of attention or service. Horrible service, I askedthe employee when she would open and with an attitude she said 5-10 minutes.
