Wow. This is the most poorly run Dunkin donuts in history. The people are horrible - rude, slow, the woman who packed my donut... literally sneezed, wasn't wearing gloves before putting it in the bag. Wait time for a coffee is 10+ minutes. This is patheticto say the least. I guess what more do you get from people working at an airport Dunkin Donuts. Read more

espresso machine broke. nobody saying anything for almost 30 minutes. and then it took almost 30 minutes just for someone to... process refund. i got my cappuccino after an hour since the machine decided to work but it taste and looks weird. not comingback here for coffee. Read more

if you want to wait 36 minutes for a croissant with sausage egg and cheese.. then finally get your order only to find out your... order is completely wrong. well then here you go. everyone was unorganized and they?ll offer no compensation for their mishapand poor customer service. Read more

"Cash only" and "self serve kiosk"- lanes are confusing to foreigners and elderly, but also other travellers. The cashier in LGA... B terminal was bit frustrated and kept repeating "this is cash only, cards go over there" pointing to the kiosks. The kiosksspat out tickets with order numbers, but the baristas used names, causing more imminent confusion. I received someone else'sdrink and my breakfast sandwich was dry and bacon was definitely burned. Maybe I'll skip LGA Dunkin Donut in Terminal B nexttime. Read more

Instead of following the orders in order they start mixing things up when they talk to customers waiting for their food. Which... means unless you start harassing the employees you won't receive your order because they've completely lost track of what'salready gone out and what's web l still waiting. Needs better team organization and communication to handle the heavy traffic. Read more

One employee by herself. She could barely keep up with orders, a big line of customers. I felt bad for her, the place was dirty... and of course you can?t expect her to keep the place clean and take care of all customers at the same time. Shameful Dunkin,shameful. If you have a single employee just send her home and close for the day. Not fair at all for her, nor for thecustomers. (Mostly for her though, customers can just take their business elsewhere, while she can?t, if I were her I?d justquit, I highly doubt this is what she signed up for). Read more
