My worst nightmare of Starbucks. I gave my reusable cup the the cashier to fill it with coffee and she rang it up for me then... put my coffee into a disposable cup. At paying I couldn?t proceed without tipping so it must be tinkered by the personnel. WhenI went back with the receipt she said she can?t give me back the money. I asked for a coffee without sugar and it was sweet ashell. Don?t stop here passenger because you will get ripped off above and beyond your imagination. Read more
Terrible service waited 10 minutes for a drink while others behind me got their drinks. They were too busy talking and goofing... around. They should know that people have flights to catch. I almost missed my LaGuardia flight because of the drink that Ipaid for and never got!!!???? Read more
Lily took 15 minutes to make one drink because she was talking and standing around
The girls there were too busy talking to each other to pay attention to my order. I had to repeat what I wanted at least 2-3... times. The person at the register wouldn?t even make eye contact with me and mumbled as she spoke. I couldn?t tell if she wastalking to me as she kept laughing with her coworkers in a different language while I was speaking. When I tried to repeat, forher sake, and clarify what I wanted, she was rude. Poor attitude, poor service. Read more
Friendly staff, consistently good coffee. Conveniently located a few yards from Hotel Beacon, if you are staying there.
The mural picture was beautiful. Going to try summer drinks later in the day. Ordered small regular coffee with cream and... sugar. Very strong and on the bitter side for $3.25. A little disappointed. Read more
