My 11.50 BLT Club ended up costing $15.00 because I asked for mayo on the side and a few added onions. Terrible way to do... business by nickel and diming your customers. The sandwich was okay but personally felt taken advantage of, should have beentold the mayo and onions would be an extra $1.00 each, I would have gone elsewhere! Steak and Cheese was excellent ????????. Large was definitely a good size grinder, toasted perfectly, cookie + soda. ... Everything together was well under $20. Service was extremely polite and professional (2 females , 1 male). Order took lessthan 10 minutes to be ready. True 5 star local restaurant. Definitely would recommend. Placed an order at 5:38..was told 20 minutes..waited 50 minutes and called to check on otder..was told another 10-15... minutes..got order at 6:50..checked the slip and they never put order in till 6:25...spent $60 buck..you would think they wouldhave thrown the Mozz sticks in for free atleast..and apologize for not putting order in.. Food was good that's why I give it 3stars..but be honest and say you screwed up!!! Read more

I did a pickup order for 2 kids tender meals along with a few other items. There was a mistake and only 1 kids meal was put in.... They went above and beyond to fix it. I could hear the conversation in the back, they legitimately thought it was 1 kids meal. Ihave never seen an establishment be that prompt to fix the problem and with so much grace. Also all my kids loved their meals.We have ordered in the past and will definitely keep going back. Read more
