Decided to try lunch here for the first time. The staff was pleasant and attentive, but the food was very disappointing. The... french onion soup tasted mostly of Worcestershire sauce and was mediocre. Next we split an onion and red pepper pizza. Thetasteless crust was very soggy and even after adding salt the whole thing was bland. Even the cheese didn’t haveflavor. Went to Profile Tavern for father's day lunch, (also my birthday) and was pleasantly surprised. Everything was cooked to... perfection. Chowder was great, steak tips unbelievable, and death by chocolate cake was heaven! We sat at the bar and ourbartender was friendly and attentive. Price was more than fair. I’ve tried it 2 times. First was 2 weeks after they opened the food was cold slow service. Chicken soup was great. Went... back tonight and the waitress was very nice and cute as a button. Good drink again chicken soup was good. I ordered meatballsand there was so much bread in them there was no texture. Sauce was super sweet tasting like chef canned ravioli. My husbandgot the prime rib which was very over cooked that’s goodness they had the broth that was very tasty. Im hoping they much readreviews and improve. Went here and had hopes of it being similar to the nephews since I loved it there. The renovation on the inside was great and... looked nice. The food was good nothing to run home about. I got pizza thinking it would be some what similar to the nephews butit wasn’t. The pizza was mediocre and I probably wouldn’t order it again. We also ordered the nachos which were the same andsome fries which came out kind of cold. My boyfriend got chicken Alfredo and said it was good. Our first time at Profile Tavern and the burgers were fantastic. You could tell they weren’t frozen. Huge 1|2 pound burgers... cooked perfectly on a nice roll. I had a great early dinner here. Service was extremely attentive, and the sangria and food was great.
