I can't have gluten, the icky crust is available in a small. I redeemed my free pizza online because they wouldn't let me do it... in store and then asked to substitute gluten free crust because that isn't an option for the free pizza online. I was told yesand then when I went to pick it up they charged me v full price and said I don't get free pizza if I want gluten free becauseit's becomes invalid. It has to be a medium of regular crust which I can't have. So not only are their gluten free optionslimited, coupons can only be redeemed online, no exceptions or substitutes can be made..... I eat here a few times a weekbecause of the location by my work but I'm extremely unhappy with how the company as a whole , but giving its employees theability to cater to the customers needs is ridiculous. I honestly don't know what happened to these guys. They used to do such a good job. Every time we order, our pizza comes within... 30 mins damn near raw. We ordered a few days ago and we got sick. We wont be ordering from here for a long time or if at allever again. Get it together!! Read more
sadly i cant give negative stars. i order a pizza and it took over an hour to be delivered. 10/10 recommend you order from... another company. and or after an hour i recommend you get with your bank and cancel the payment for failure for good andservices in the promised time. Read more

Order two pizza?s tonight! And the first pizza was still doughy! And the second pizza was not even cooked on one side and the... other side was burnt!! Called and got money back! Plus they remake the pizza?s but I went to pick up! And the one guy I talkedto was rude as hell, pretty much didn?t believe me so I brought back the pizza and Showed them!
