My husband and I were in East Greenbush for a late breakfast. We hadn't been to Denny's in years, so decided to stop in. Our... server was very efficient and pleasant. We received our order quickly and the food was very good. We stopped back for lunch afew weeks later and were happy to find that the service and food were just as good for lunch. We waited being people trying to pay for at least 5 min while the employee who was working the register cleaned tables and ... swept the floor. .then she took us to a booth. The mom and son I was with asked if we could sit at one of the larger booths,they said they have to save them for 8 person parties, then was snippy and told us we could ask our server. So the other momasked our server, she said the same and we had just wanted a woman with a baby in a carrier and the grandmother leave one of thebooths. The other Mom in my party pointed this out and got shut down again. Food was OK, took awhile. Food was good but the customer service was not good at all. When there were 7 empty tables they said we had to wait 35 to 40... minutes for 2 people. Very slow to take orders. Works seem grumpy Read more
Place was not crowded, but workers were arguing over where to sit us. Service was good. Food was okay. Kids eat free so that... made it all right for the price. Would not be my first, second or third choice for a meal. Read more
The servers were very nice and the food was great! I got the ultimate omelette with red potatoes and gluten free English muffin.... It was just what I wanted! The kids got pancakes and eggs. They kept the coffee coming and were very attentive. Not a bad thingto say about the place. Definitely recommend for a yummy breakfast any time of day. Read more
Went there tonight Julie G was our waitress she was very nice and friendly quick and speedy service super friendly and nice with... kids our family had a very great experience plus the bonus I didn't know kids eat for free on this day so that was always a pluswe had a good family dinner. Was there around noon on Sunday. Couldn't tell what was going on with the waiter, if a bad day or not. But the service was not... good. I oder milk shake as well and I was told we couldn't get the cream as everyone else. Couldn't tell is it was a racialfactor or prejudice. How this place has 4 stars is crazy. hip-hop blasting from the kitchen in the background, employees announcing their bad... intentions for a Monday evening . Ordered country fried steak, then they served it and said they were out of gravy. This placewas.......not good. Read more
