Lickety split previously Carvel opened sometime in the 1950's. It stands in the same spot today still running crowds of people... on hot and cloudy days. Options are a plenty here, you'll have more trouble deciding what you don't want. Been coming for over20 years, great place. Read more

I went to this place for years, but starting late last year and continuing this year, the ice cream is nowhere near as good as... it used to be. They must have changed the formula... they changed something because the great texture, density/weight and flavorthat it used to have is now gone, and it is nothing special anymore. I used to go 6 to 8 times a year, but it was once and donethis year and that's what happens when you cut corners and the quality is affected. A few years ago the owner treated me likegarbage, but I went back because normally she wasn't there and the ice cream was good. Nice knowing ya. Read more
The kids got ice sluchies and it was colored water no ice....horrible! I did ask and the girl said... that's how they always... are. We got them before and they were icy not water. Read more
