I've been an entertainer for 50+ years! Tonight 10-12-2022 I played a private party in the back room... the party people were... awesome/terrific people! The restaurant owner however, was the most condescending/arrogant person I've ever met in my career asan entertainer! She was horrible rude! NEVER again would I ever go to this restaurant for ANY reason!! She's the typical richarrogant woman with a disdain for musicians/entertainers as we are SO far beneath her! As appealing as the place was, I'd NEVERpatronize such an arrogant/condescending woman as she! VERY disappointing! The private party I performed for was terrific!Such NICE people! Carriage House met all our expectations and then some! They hosted our Anniversary Party. Atmosphere was simply perfect for our... event and the food was Outstanding! I'm extremely picky but I have to say this is by far the best restaurant I've been to in ages. I just came in for fresh oysters... with my husband and it was fantastic! Fresh seafood and great drinks! And their creme brulee cheesecake is to die for !!! Read more

We had a great experience at The Carriage House celebrating a birthday. We especially looked forward to the Austrian cuisine and... historical atmosphere. Our waitress was great and we were enthusiastically seated earlier than our reservation time. My favoritepart our our dinner was the cheesecake creme brulee desert, which was unique and delicious. Wow. Came back to the carriage house after getting married here 10 years ago and they are still outstanding. Always something... unique and cooked to perfection. I had branzino topped with crab-possibly the best fish dish I’ve ever had and a french pearmartini-delicious. Read more

The Carriage House is an ethereal mix of elegant fine dining with a warm family welcome home feeling to it. It is truly rare to... find such a place. I have been here many times with my uncle, who will not go out anywhere else locally for his birthday. It iseasy to understand why he feels so passionately about this place though, after you realize that there is nothing you can orderon this menu that is not INCREDIBLE! Every dish I have had over the years here is fresh, delicious, made with love, andexquisitely detailed not only in presentation, also in flavor. There are unique local cuisines as well as more rareInternational dishes that are sometimes offered as specials. The atmosphere is relaxing, you can come dressed formally orcasually, as you prefer. The bar is also in need of high praise, the drinks are consistently excellent and strong. The perfectpomegranate martini can be found here! I highly recommend this restaurant for family dinners, gatherings of friends, and/or fora romantic date night. My favorite dinner is the crab imperial, though everything is truly amazing. Read more
