Multiple issues with our past 2 orders. Ordered a bbq, chicken, onion pizza. They forgot the chicken. Next time I ordered wings,... cinnamon sticks and a pizza. They gave me no icing for cinnamon sticks, no blue cheese for wings and pizza was ice cold. Donewith food from here. Read more
Regularly have issues with timing for pick up. This most recent time they marked our pizza as picked up while we were the only... car waiting and claimed they gave it to someone else. No pizza on a Saturday night while we had limited time for dinner. Guessmy family will skip this meal. Thanks dominos. Read more
Place was busy and understaffed. Took 90 minutes to get my order. There was a "Now Hiring" sign. And they did compensate for... the wait with a complimentary bottle of soda. Read more
I wish they would give you more time to redeem your reward instead of one week. At least a months time would be good to redeem.... Everything else I have no problem with. Read more
I order pizza for pickup from different locations, but this one is the best so far: pizza is great, with a lot of ingredients... and just right amount of cheese. Store crew is amazing, you can easily feel that they enjoy their job. Just grabbed my order) Read more
Order showed it was delivered, but it was not. Called the store, they told us to wait a while and call back. We waited another... 20ish minutes, still nothing. Called the store again and they hung up on me immediately after I explained the situation at hand.Tried to call a third time and they just never answered. I'm sure they're very understaffed. Worst experience I've had at a Dominoes ,. Order went in fine , then it got to "ashley" checking my order for over 40 minutes.... Then finally got delivered over an hour later . I ordered a large thin crust because i like the crispy crust but this was soggydue to sitting under a heat lamp for so long. The second item i ordered was fine. Took almost 3 times as long to get my pizza asit originally stated and no one likes soggy greasy dough . Do not recommend . PS they forgot to cut my pizza . Figured theycould have accomplished that since my pizza sat getting inspected for 45 minutes. Ashley should never be put in charge ofinspection . Read more
