I have had issues with this DD in the past - being very slow or messing up my order - but this morning they were on top of... their game. The drive thru line was long, but moved super fast; employees were very friendly; and my order was perfect. Thanksand keep up the good work! Read more
Literally the worst DD I have ever been to. The wait in the drive thru line is endless - not bc it?s busy but bc they are... PAINFULLY slow. Plus they always seem to be out of product. I work nearby so every so often I give it a try to see if thingshave changed but they never do. I drive twice the distance to the next Dunk. Read more
I was having my coffee and muffin only to witness a employee have a total meltdown. He was swearing at coworkers, slaming... things shut, throwing things and stormed out the door. This was on Friday August 26th around 11 AM. I was shocked to find himback there the next morning around 9:30. Why he was allowed back is beyond me. Read more
Don't bother. Wait until the next one comes along. It's probably a mile or so down the road. Here's my experience: I ordered a... large frozen machata latte with whipped cream. First of all, the order wasn't ready. We had to wait 5 minutes. Then they didn'thave whipped cream and the drink wasn't even full. It's more like a medium than a large. Worst Dunkin I've been too. They alsodidn't have lemon for my husband's ice tea. Highly disappointed. Read more
Nothing spectacular here. Decent food (I had an egg, sausage, & cheese on a croissant) but a bit on the pricey side. It's a fine... place if time is limited. Sandwich seemed like it was made hours earlier, croissant was soft & chewy--not crispy. For afast-food joint it's good, but in any other setting it would be 2 ton3 stars. Read more
Every time I go to this particular Dunkin Donuts The service gets worse. I went through the drive-thru and was not greeted with... "can I take your order", but with " Yeah". I ordered a large vanilla Coolatta with no whipped cream. I was given the wrongamount of change, and when I receive my drinks, this is what I got. . Guess I should have just ordered a medium, but then Iwould have got the amount of a small. . I will never go to this Dunkin Donuts, nor will I ever reccomend that anyone does? Thegirl at the drive-thru was rude and obviously didn't want to be there. I agree. She shouldn't be there at all. Owner needs toLook over the reviews of this particular Dunkin Donuts.
