The location is beyond under-staffed. So that makes wait times and quality poor. I cannot blame the employees because they are... doing the best they can for how the establishment is employed. Drive thru service only is often all they are staffed for. Read more
My fries and chicken nuggets were cold & seemed old, as if they were sitting around, the burger was thrown together, & the... cheese wasn't even melted. When I pulled up I asked if there was the 2 for $5 deal going on, she told me to hang on and shewould ask someone, she left me sitting there for a long time to ask a simple question, then came back to inform me that theydidn't have it. I said OK, do they have any specials going on? Then she lets me know that she needed to go ask someone again...I said NM and just ordered a burger, nuggets, & fries.... Shouldn't the drive thru person know if there are any specials/dealsgoing on? Or even know if there's a 2 for $5 deal? It was very odd, almost as if she doesn't even work there, if she does workthere, then apparently she needs training. It was around 8-9 ish at night and they weren't slammed but, the line was backed upbecause of this young girl, not knowing what she was doing, and the food was terrible. Read more
Got my order wrong and then when I got it it was not good. Macca's strawberry milkshakes are garbage. And a ripoff at that... price. Also did not love that I didn't get a receipt. I thought that was supposed to always be a thing. Read more

I cannot believe that this location STILL will not let customers in to order. It is absolutely ridiculous. My boyfriend is a tow... truck driver and the truck will not fit through the drive-thru. This location clearly does not care about customers and shouldeither go back to doing business fully or should just close down all together. I do not like this location at all. I will nevergo back. Today was the last time I will ever visit this location! I was treated so poorly. I was there to pick up a Halloween bucket... happy meal for my Autistic son. I ordered it with double fries since he doesn?t eat apples. (Food aversions and digestive issueswith apples) well they didn?t greet me at the window, just started handing me items and when I checked the happy meal, it hadapples in it. I politely told them that I ordered double fries.I was told that they can?t do that with the buckets?.totallyridiculous. The employees are lazy and premade the buckets so instead of properly putting together orders they are just handingout what they remade to make it easier on them. The cashier (older women with fire engine red pony tail) told me there wasnothing she could do for me. I asked for a manager and suddenly she came back with my fries while telling me that I was holdingup her line!!!! What?!!! She was so rude, I asked for a manager and she ignored me. I asked her name and she ignored me. I go tothis restaurant a few times a week because it is a good preference of my son?s and this woman is usually not very friendly buttoday was just ridiculous.
