I don?t usually write bad reviews .. things happen but the breakfast bundle - 4 breakfast sandwiches is 13.99 .. great. I?ll... take 3 home 1 for my husband plus we?ll have one for tomorrow.. So I am charged $17.27. Why? Oh we have to charge 50 cents morefor each sandwich now. It has to do with making the sandwich! I am sorry. I can?t do anything about it. The young man just wenton and on about it. I just asked a simple question. I just shook my head. Ok , fine but change the sign. Whatever, then the eggisn?t cooked and needless to say one bite and it?s all over my shirt plus the box is covered with dripping egg. I mean my shirtis covered. It started as a good morning to say I am not happy is an understatement. I normally don?t buy a breakfast sandwichbut it is a fresh cooked egg not some frozen cardboard egg but my plan wasn?t to wear it. Disgusting. The girl said, I am sorryit took so long. There was no one in front of me. Ok, so if it took longer I would expect a cooked egg. Thank god I had asweatshirt to put on and zip all the way up. This was maybe 8:15 am . I hope this isn?t a sign for the rest of my day. ??????? Really disappointing experience. Dinning room was filthy. We could not find a table that wasn?t dirty. We arrived at 5pm and... were told they were out of baguettes as a side but we could have bread. The bread was stale and 2 members of our group got breadspread with mayonnaise (they didn?t ask for this). Always really loved Panera but won?t be going back. Read more
Met here for a small Statewide meeting and dinner . Was able to seat 11 comfortably. Food was excellent and plentiful. Great... ice coffee. Will consider again. Read more
Had a pickup time of 8:45pm for an online order, got there at 8:53pm, 7 minutes prior to closing, door was locked but a... gentleman leaving held the door open so I could get in. Manager said ?doors are locked? I said ?that?s great I had a mobilepickup order? and went to get my food. Why lock the door when an order is still in the building, just lock the doors when youare supposed to close at 9pm, all that silliness for nothing Read more
Easiest thing in the world to use the kiosks, and there was no mistakes or waiting in line! Also the food was made way faster... than my coffee was at the nearby dunkin, so 5/5 stars for this place. Read more
Over priced with exceptionally small portions. Git the teriyaki bowl and it looked like a kids portion and cost about $12. The... manager did speak to me and offered to get me something else to satisfy my appetite, which I thought was cool! Does this look like a wrap? It is barely folded. It doesn't help a customer for takeout to get this poorly made pile of food to... try to eat it on the go. Please train your people how to do a good job at making your simple items. Read more
