The chain I love, but this location's service is brutal. Multiple times they've forgotten my substitute requests, forgotten to... add the sauce, and the brown rice is hit or miss (today it was crunchy and tasted stale - a huge miss). My husband went today toget us lunch after shopping. The cashier didn't know how to apply substitutes and when she asked for help the coworker addedthese as additions. So now we're paying extra for additional items (we wanted a substitute) and the additional items they addedwere wrong. So now we've paid extra for items we didn't want. Super disorganized staff and food has gone downhill. We were given the wrong receipt. About six orders were served ahead of us.... By the time we got the food it was cold. My Tex mex with chicken and extra sauce was missing the chicken and extra sauce. When Ispoke to the staff they said they would write my name in a book to get a free protein next time. They couldn?t find the book soit was written on a till slip - there?s no way they will find that next time. When we were leaving one of the people servedbefore us returned to complain about their bowl. We won?t return to the green lane location. Read more
Love the food. Great portions for prices point, healthy choice too. Edit review, 26 September: However, we just got dinner... tonight and one kids bowl had very little to know sauce and the other kids bowl had too much sauce. Worst freshii location I've ever been to. I was given a warm smoothie even though it was freshly blended (pretty gross) and the... girl who was preparing my food had such dirty hands. I ordered my usual Mediterranean bowl, the quinoa was undercooked and itwas thrown together in such a sloppy way. The outside of the container and utensils were also stained with food, sauce andcheese from her hands. I had to wipe them down before eating. It was dead in there and the girl didn't take the time to cleanher hands or her station. ???? Read more
Enjoyed a nice fresh Cobb salad here, Employees are friendly. Maybe the best place to eat for if your looking for a healthy... conscious diet. All of our local restaurants have been hit hard during Co-Vid 19, Please get out and support our localrestaurants. Read more

I've ordered bowls from here a couple of times and they're great. I just ordered a Cobb salad via skip the dishes and all of the... lettuce was dead, the blue cheese was in massive balls(not that big of a deal) but I was not impressed with the salad. I gavethem 4 stars because every other time I've ordered from them I've had no complaints. Read more
The WORST location. The staff do no care and they do not ever answer the phone for orders. This is the SECOND time I added... cilantro to a salad and even though I paid for it, they did not put any on. Also, if your produce has gone bad (tomatoes),simply let customers know instead of putting disgusting ingredients into an expensive salad. Completely done, I will drivefurther to a different location or find a new salad location. You have a lost a regular customer. Read more
