This dunks ok slow thats all i see wrong other than that coffe is allways fresh very rarely i get a donut cuz there donut case... is open ive seen flys on them donuts and with all the desease out there big turn off when u see a fly land on the donut u hadyour eye on waiting in the long line.. They gave me someone else's order and charged my card before I realized that the order was incorrect. The girl attempted to get... a refund on my card and the register kept freezing up. Finally she got it to go through. She was very frustrated and it seemedas if she was upset with me for the mistake that she made. She practically threw my card and refund receipt at me and told meit'll be a few days before the refund went through and then let someone else ring my correct order up. Rude service. Irecommend going to Honeydew down the road. Coffee is stronger ant they treat you with respect. Read more
I just sat at the drive-thru window for 7 minutes and nobody helped the car in front of me. The car behind me left 5 minutes in.... After a minute of waiting I decided to leave as well. As I was driving by to drive through window there were two car sitting atthe drive-thru window as well. This location should no longer be visited. Read more
Edit for April 26th 2021 1:16 p.m. I ordered a cold brew chocolate stout. The chocolate powder was not put on it when I went in... and said that it wasn't and they just wanted it put on the girl told me that they don't put that on it. I specifically saidchocolate powder which I should not have had to specify if the slightly heavy set blue haired girl working sandwich station. Newthe correct sop on how to create these drinks. Because she was not educated or just too lazy to do her job correctly. She choseto put mocha sauce on cold brew chocolate stout. When I told her no that's not how you make them please make it again she gaveme an attitude. Eventually she did make it again. But you can tell the the drink was made with spite there was hardly any coldfoam on it and she practically dumped the container of chocolate powder on my drink. Just had really great, knowledgeable service from Helia. She educated me on oat milk, repeated my order as I ordered which was... great in our new muffled talking time and she was wearing her mask the right way. I had been to two other Dunkin's in the pastfew days where workers were wearing their masks below their nose or on their chin. Won't go back to either and walked out ofone. Read more

Haven't been able to get a coffee here that wasn't burnt in at least six months . The same for the one across the intersection... at Colby Corner. Same owner . It's been so bad I've started driving to Plaistow or down Rt 111 to the one several miles fartheraway . Burnt coffee taste is from lazy employees not cleaning the pots after they put empty pots onto hot warming plates. Thelittle coffee in the bottom burns on, and will ruin any coffee made after that until it's cleaned. I don't know if the managerdoesn't pay attention or what but it's too bad that you have to avoid these two stores. Maybe I'm the stupid one for continuallytrying to give them another chance. Why bother wasting my time on this? Because it should not be this difficult to get a decentcup of coffee when you specialize in it as a business. ( where is the manager? Inconsistent and very dirty inside. We wanted to order 2 coffees and literally sat in cue for over 15 minutes prior to ordering... because it looks like they do one order at a time. Ordered and still sat for another 5 minutes for an iced and hit coffee.Pretty Bad . Save yourself go across the street or somewhere else. Read more
