This is my go to Dunkin' since I just moved up from NY. They're short staffed and yet the older gentleman who works in the... morning always is happy to help with a smile ! They were out of my normal energy punch today and he suggested something close toit that I would enjoy since I'm not big into coffee. Him just taking that extra step is what real customer service is about. Idchow long I had to wait or that they were out of my punch. Gave my order. Pulled up. Coffee wasn't correct BUT the young man at the window quickly fixed it.

If I could give no stars I would have. The employee that was working the evening shift on September 15th has to be one of the... rudest cashiers I've ever dealt with. She just had a huge attitude like we were bothering her she didn't give either of us theright drink. I ordered a frozen latte and I was handed a latte iced coffee barely cold certainly not a frozen drink. My daughterordered a refresher blood orange we don't even know what she gave her. Make a good business move to let her go. I understandpeople have some things going on idk and maybe sad or something I really do have empathy for, however, the way she treated us nomatter what was going on was inexcusable. Read more

Before I say why I only gave one star? I am totally understanding and am sympathetic for the lack of help and over worked staff,... I usually am giving anyone who goes to work the benefit because of this? however this was totally unacceptable behavior. Orderwas done right once we got it?we went on August 20, 2022?Staff working was angry and disrespectful, Slamming stuff on thecounters and slamming doors shut.. I asked twice for a carrier to bring out 4 large drinks, girl slammed what was in her hand onthe counter to go get them.. while another you boy looked at me and said?what do you want? Place is going downhill no one cares about anything. No love for there jobs,no respect. People like on there phones while... working,like not texting like speaking on there phones while working. Incredible. I don't blame them i blame Dunkin's. Peoplewill pay for service. It all goes back to management. Dunks is a gold mine and they are forgetting to put the supports and theceiling it will collapse. Happens when biz's get too big. There CEOs don't care they are making to much money.
