I have been purchasing from Subway (East Hampton, CT) for years but WILL NOT ANYMORE! It?s a shame, too, because the owners... *seemed* like people with integrity. Unfortunately, when my grandmother and I chose to buy lunch from here today, we experiencedsomething one would see another endure on social media! I ordered two sandwiches from here, one we returned because thereappeared to be HUMAN BLOOD on the wrapping paper?!! When we tried to address this issue with the employee, his claim was itwasn?t human blood but the oil from the meat on the wax paper (they wrap the sandwiches in parchment btw), and he couldn?treplace our sandwich because it would be deducted from his pay!!!! Finally, he called the owners and they tried everything theycould to explain themselves out of this predicament! Finally, they gave in and refunded us for that one sandwich because mygrandmother has cancer and we weren?t going to take no for an answer!! East Hampton Subway, you should be ashamed of yourselvesfor how you treat your customers AND your employees!! Read more

Just an awful experience. Only one person working. The guy was rude to the people waiting in line. He couldn't move any slower... if he tried. It was such an uncomfortable experience. I will never go back to this location Read more

It's a location that is rarely busy so its quick n convenient. Kept clean as far as my visits have gone. Friendly service ,... although viewed as a bit sparse on toppings it's what company dictates they use. As a manager of a food facility in the pastI've often seen light portioning for profit and it usually brings negative results. People stop eating there or the employeesget punished for giving customers what they want and pay for. Read more

I have had so many bad experiences here! I would give this subway negative stars if I could!!! Never again! It is worth driving... a few more miles to go to the one in Marlborough. Ordered a foot long ham and salami only (no cheese, veggies or condiments) theprice was charged for a foot long ham with additional 3.50 for the 5 slices of salami. Told me they charge extra for that. Thecold cut includes these meats plus Bologna and would have been half the price. If that?s not enough I ordered a 6 inch steak andcheese the container was basically empty so I got half of the normal portion of steak, I let that slide. They also tried to putthe top of the tomato on it with a huge brown scab from where the stem was (mind blown). To top it off the person behind meorders steak and cheese and out comes a fresh new tub!!! Save yourself the headache and go to a subway that is ran properly!! Read more

Wife stopped in last night... Employee was 'cleaning'... She asked if they were open, his response was, "depends on what you... want..." Surprised by this response, she asked what time they closed. He stated 10pm.. it was 9pm. Terrible quality in the subshe prepared (she was given ends of tomatoes, not just one but all...) and more importantly is how incredibly rude he was... Icould understand if it was ten minutes before closing, but it was actually just before 9pm.. this isn't a steak house andordering 2 subs an hour before closing should not be an issue... We try to keep our money local as possible, but not hereanymore... Read more
