I cant even believe the management they have at this place. I witnessed an unfortunate event occur between a young girl and a... waitress. The waitress had soaked her with a soda gun and refused to apologize. The manager did absolutely nothing as thewaitress and rest of the staff made fun of the girl. Truly ruined my dining experience. 0/10 Read more
Disrespectful servers and management. I watched a server spray a girl with soda from the drink station and purposely try to rile... up customers knowing management would allow that type of behavior. Good food but will not be returning and hope they can improvetheir staff. Read more
Came for dinner with family & friends, the food was tasty, and the wait staff are absolutely lovely. However, the manager was... unprofessional, erratic and was outwardly rude to us while being weirdly overly friendly to others, we had no idea what we haddone wrong and were made to feel quite bad. The wait staff had to apologise for her behaviour, and all gave us that knowinglook of, yes this is what we deal with. We witnessed her being short with staff and openly complaining to them about customers. You would be better off having the lovely staff running this low-key place as the manager takes the good vibes right out theroom. Read more
Giving 2 stars because the 5 previous times I?ve been have been positive experiences. Came here this past week and had a very... bad experience that included: bad service, bad food, and a bad apology by the staff. An off night in the kitchen can be solvedwith efficient and attentive service by the wait staff but we got neither.
