Very rude people 'they closed the door Very early 'starbucks should take notice of this'
This Starbucks can be a real hit or miss experience - definitely do mobile order if you can and leave a few extra minutes! In... the off-season it's a great experience - during high season be prepared to wait a very long time (20+ min). Drinks/food/etc. isas expected. If you want local try Golden Pear or Hampton Coffee Company (can no longer recommend Mary's Marvelous since theysadly closed). Read more
If I could give it less than a one star I would, half star is sufficient. My drink is consistently decent. At one point I used... to come here daily, but one employee in particular started to work my patience. No way you're paying that price for coffee tohave a rude batista. McKaylia & Tristen should be ashamed of themselves! I watched this woman interact with customers, she isnot a good employee for whoever owns the store. When I call to get the manager's info the same employee picks up the phone andsays "we're too busy" and hang up... as I can see the two employees discussing the phone call ???? PATHETIC. Sad and surprisedat the blatant rudeness and disregard. I have a feeling these employees are are not happy to be a work.
