Prices of food on ubereats are 30% more than in store, so I attempted to call in my order only to wait on hold for 15 minutes... and then be hung up on. So I drove to the location and placed my order directly. I was told it was going to be 25 minutes of await. I am now at 45 minutes and still no sign of my food. This place is horrendously mismanaged with incompetentstaff. However, after all was said and done, their wings were pretty damn amazing. So at least there was that. Read more

I?m not one to write reviews but this was necessary. If I could give it not even a star I would. I placed an order for delivery... and they said 45 minutes to an hour.. two hours passed I called them and they put me on hold over and over again. Needless tosay they forgot my order. This wasn?t the only time they provided such bad service the other time was when I ordered food, wascharged the amount then given half the meal and said they would give me a credit for next time. Never again. Not worth the time and aggravation. I was charged $63.44 for 2 burgers and 1 order of mozzarella sticks. They... delivered 1 burger and sticks but forgot 2nd burger, driver went back for 2nd burger and was charged again for burger andsticks. No I did not order or get 2nd order of sticks. $32.24 then $31.20 was charged. Driver was very nice but why can't theyEVER get an order right. Friendly service, but we struggled with what to order since the prices are not on the menu boards. There is a bit of a language... barrier, and prices have increased since the last menu was updated on Google, so we opted for "safe" orders of sandwiches andfries instead of risking miscommunication. My friend and I each enjoyed a $12 margarita as we waited for our sandwiches at oneof the outdoor tables. Our meals arrived in a timely manner (approx $15 each) and were very fresh with piping hot fries. Mygrilled chicken sandwich was delicious and my friend said the same about the steak sandwich. Food always takes forever, it's overpriced, greasy, and doesn't taste very good. Everytime I've ordered from here they forget... something and in waiting for 15 minutes after they said it would be ready. The cashier is super nice though so that's something. Read more

Was told my pickup order would be ready in 20 min. Ordered 4 things. Got there after 20 min. and was told one of the appetizers... in my order they didn?t have. Never called back to tell me that. Said they could have another one ready in 7 minutes with therest of my order. 10 min later I asked if it was ready. Was told they were bagging everything now. Waited another 10 minutesafter that and watched the lady bag everything up. Food was either burnt or cold at that point.
