Had a girls night dinner at Serafina East Hampton the other night and it was pretty good! The service was great, especially when... the table next to us had their bread basket catch on fire and the people sitting there were the least reactive? but the stafftook charge and put the fire out like pros. Food was very tasty ? I had the Caesar salad and the carbonara. The drinks werepretty good as well. I would say going would be worth it if you?re in the mood for some good Italian food. Read more

Almost every summer or fall we are on the east end we visit Serafina. The food is enjoyable and portions are quite fair. The... prices are in line with what you would expect for the area. Staff is attentive and with a reservation we have never had to waitmore than a few minutes. Read more

Making it past the host/hostess into the table was surprisingly a challenge, thanks to Goran?s ?calm and rational? temper. His... absurd treatment of customers deserves its own column on the local press. Absolutely despicable and reprehensible behavior. Theonly thing I?d recommend is to cancel your reservation and save your appetite for a worthy establishment. Read more

Horrible customer service. My friends and I (large party of 10) were running late to our reservation, and the restaurant was... notified multiple times of it. An employee asked us to wait outside for a new table, which we did. When some of the girls triedto speak and show the confirmation of our tardiness, the owner became aggressive, rude, and nasty. He began yelling, slammingthe table, and cursing (in front of tables full of other customers) and kicked our group out of the restaurant. The owner shouldbe embarrassed to treat customers like that! A few hours before the reservation the owner of the restaurant messaged me in the most passive aggressive way, asking me to... confirm my reservation immediately (even though I already confirmed that morning). I called them shortly after to confirm myreservation again. I was running a few minutes late and texted the restaurant to give them a heads up, but was still within the15 minutes grace period. Once I got to the restaurant the owner, Goran, was EXTREMELY rude. When I was explaining that Iconfirmed my reservation he literally said ?you need to let me speak first? and claimed that I never confirmed my spot. Aftercursing us out, he slammed the table and told me I?m not welcome there. The other employees had to come and apologize on hisbehalf by saying that he?s ?going through a rough time?. Serafina gets better and better. We went again last night. Our waiter, Scott was pleasant, funny, and very attentive. Couldn't... ask for better service. The Stripped Bass was absolute perfection, with asparagus, roasted baby potatoes and all beautifullypresented with the most delicious, almost clear tomato essence sauce. No kidding it was top shelf and should be put on theregular menu. Highly recommend Serafina and this special if it's available. Read more
