Staff was not able to load time on the wristbands for the kids to play. We waited along time. The manager had to request help... from the other manager? This manager came out from where the food is made all disheveled, I mean hair was messy, the woman hadto put on her shoes while exiting the area food is made? What was going on back there? After the wait of over 20 minutes, theygave us the cards for the kids to play. This place should not be open while construction is going on. There are large holes inthe floor. My three year old fell into one and smashed her face and knee. The floor is somewhat covered with carpets but somespots have holes. Some tiles in the ceiling were not all the way installed and could fall on someone. The birthday cake was dryand old. Read more
Went here for my daughter's friend's 4th birthday party. She loved all the video and ride games. There is also a second floor... with more games. The pizza was good and my daughter loved the chocolate birthday cake. Chuck E came out to say hello to thebirthday guests. It was a little hard to find because it doesn't have a big sign on the front. This is a great place to come tofor the little ones. Read more
I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of this place when I attended for a birthday party. The robot characters were a... little creepy because their eyes kept closing like they needed some maintenance. The food was also awful, BUT I gave four starsbecause the kids had an amazing time and all of them wanted to stay forever. Read more
This two-story Chuck E. Cheese is the most unique location I've been to! There was some fun games there that I've never seen... before and the animatronics work great! The pizza was server hot and fresh and the cheesy bread here is delicious! Tables werealso very clean and so was the upstairs bathroom (cant say the same about the downstairs bathroom though). My problems with thisplace is that two of your games weren't working (the Nickelodeon racing game and the soccer game) and that there was some weirdstain on the stair case. It's a cool location to check out if you're in the area though! I reccommend you give it a visit! Irate it a 7.5/10! By the way, the performer inside the Chuck E suit looked to be a bit sad and probably had a bad day. I'm notsaying to fire them, but please do check on them to see if they're okay. ?? Read more
We had an Excellent fun time on a weekday with my 4 yo who was off from school. The whole place seemed very clean (though they... should have people wipe down the games more due to Covid), 99% of the games worked, and the food came out quickly and was tasty.The animatronic characters I remember from my own childhood were constantly dancing and putting on a show. Funfilled place for whole family. Tab card access to all arcades. Multiple stories so if one level gets too crowded, move to the... other one. Good seating arrangement in between games to keep an eye on your never tiring kids. Food, beverages, ice creamavailable for purchase. Read more
