Was almost lacking service. 1 person to run counter & they were busy cooking a sandwich of some kind as others waited on line
I often stop there on my way to work. The staff is super nice.
I'd give them a ZERO STAR RATING if i could. SAVE YOUR MONEY & TIME! Absolutely RUDE! The workers are nasty and judge you for... what you order! I decided to try out this local dunkin as it was one I never tried before. Wanted to get some quick food formyself and coworkers. Part of the order was (6) orders of the snackin bacon. The lady questioned me as if I didn't need to order6. (Fat Shaming) In a shocking voice goes... 6 ORDERS!?! Mind you that wasn't even half of my order. As well I understandwanting to confirm the order if she may have misheard me but there is a proper way to ask. For example : "Okay no problem, 6orders is that correct?" Ultimately its so messed up that people have nothing better to do other then waiting around all dayuntil they feel comfortable to make others uncomfortable and feel disrespected. Mind you there is a sign outside that says"UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT" There must have been a typo because it should of said "PERMANENTLY CLOSED" SHAME ON THE WORKERS! Only 2 people work, make my order wrong twice and he literally was trying to say was my fault when he was the one that was doing... 3 thing while taking my order, he didn't pay much attention when I was talking to him and they are extremely slow. Read more
They're short of staff, was only 2 people and they are extremely slow, plus they make my order wrong twice and never apologized.
Rude customer service today. I was ordering one dozen donuts. The employee was on the phone, which is poor customer service and... he was doing this while he was getting my order ready. When I asked for a dozen donuts, he aggressively grabs random flavors ofdonuts. He on purposely not grabs the chocolate glazed donuts, which is a desirable flavor. He keeps grabbing all the flavors Ido not want. I asked him a couple of times to change donuts and when he does he keeps throwing out the sheet he used to grab thenew donuts and then he eventually gets irritated with me. Then, he grabs one of his coworkers to the front, because maybe thatguy is a manager. When I am finished changing donuts, he says in a rude tone, "Good now?!?" Might have just been a off day. But watch the guy take care of three guest. Than grab my donut with the same gloves he touched... money with. Little nasty in my eyes . Than had to tell him 4 times how I wanted my coffee. Just to still have it made wrong. But oh well. Read more
Clean place and the staff are very nice
