I when there with my family to celebrate my birthday, was Tuesday 28 6:30 pm the place was almost empty so we wait for the... hostess to guide us to our table when we got there it was a booth but we where 7 so we ask for a different table but the hostesssaid that that table was fine for us then another server come and said the same thing but she was a little rude to the pointthat one of my friends ask her why she was talking to us like that , she replied that is the way she talk ( poor restaurant) andthey dint have servers ?? .We got a bigger table and then we wait for 20 minutes for someone to take our order ( the server wasnice) and then 20 more for our drinks and then one of my guests had to ask for our appetizers and he try to talk the manager(Matt) but he wasn't available, we saw 3 tables walk out because they got tired waiting for service. When our food arrived aleast 4 other servers where bring it with our server ( probably they where in break ) the food wasn't that good either my mediumcarne asada was well done and room temperature and tested like it was cooked a day before . I like that place but the ownershould change things I worked 20 years in restaurant business and I don't want to see this place fail . Drinks where good ???? Read more
Pretty disappointing visit overall, main issue is the food. First impression wasn?t great, as they have a lot of dingy carpets... (see pic). Honestly can?t remember the last time I was in a restaurant with a carpet? Our server was very friendly and we werepleased with her service. Only complaint would be waiting a long time to order food. Food started off well. The chips andsalsa is great, and the guacamole is good as well. Oddly the guacamole came out with only 4 chips? Server brought more chips asneeded. The margaritas were meh. Original was good, but all the flavors were fairly weak and I thought the flavored onesweren?t great. I?d stick to the original. When the mains arrived, it was a real let down. The rice was bad. Tasted like thegrocery store brand where you add a can of tomatoes. Also they had clearly been sitting a while and were dried out and a littlecrunchy. The steak (in a few dishes) was really chewy and not appetizing. Tasted like it was precooked and kept warm. Overallwe thought the service was friendly but we won?t go back, the food was just too bad. Read more
I honestly wanted to like this place a bit more. The service was good, but the food just didn't do it for me. I found everything... to be way too salty as well has having an overwhelming weird pepper taste. The margaritas were good, however. I'd maybe givethem another shot and get something different next time. Read more
Always a good experience here. Yummy food, quick delivery of orders, complimentary chips and salsa. Amazing margaritas and tons... of options. Love that COVID-19 hasn't diminished their ability to give kids a little fun with Wiki Stix and coloring whilewaiting. Have been going here for years especially for birthday celebrations. They've gone through many managers which were good and not... so good. Right now it's very good and everything was great from the time we all walked in to when we left. Our Server wasamazing! Read more
