The Good: Restaurant is clean and presentable. Nice selection of “Spanish” dishes. The Bad: * Calamares a la plancha looked... good but was awful. The squid was like rubber and the dish lacked flavor. Had to send it back. * Gambas al Ajillo is nottraditional and nothing like what you get in Spain. Why not just prepare it the way it’s supposed to be prepared. (Olive oil,garlic, paprika, salt, shrimp). Simple! * Seafood Paella was ok but dish was over cooked. (So much so that the muscles werecrunchy on the inside). Looked like it sat under a heat lamp for too long. * Service - we hardly saw our server. Restaurant hastwo tables occupied and our server was nowhere to be found. Food took a very long time to be delivered despite the fact that therestaurant was empty. The waiter and chef were very good about me ordering vegan. I ordered something that came with balsamic vinaigrette, which the... waiter informed me had egg. The chef made a new vinaigrette for me which was very considerate. Not to mention the meal wasgreat! I would come here again. Read more

Excellent 1st experience visiting Bistro. The food was amazing and the service fantastic. A few small hiccups, but the staff... made up for it quickly and appropriately. Highly recommend the croquettes - best I've had! Ambience was excellent and outdoorseating was available. Very clean and welcoming. Definitely will return and highly recommend! Read more
