Worst customer service ever. Staff is rude, unhelpful and makes you feel they don?t want to be there and you?re forcing them to... work. I just ordered a large coffee and waited 15min to get it. I had to ask the staff where is my coffee and it turns out theyforgot about me. I know this is Dunkin, but come on, hold the minimum standards, especially when there?s only 1 person in thestore and you have nothing else going on. Read more

Poor service second time this place has messed up my order.The coffee sucks, everyone goes to Dunkin for coffee. I ordered one... thing and it was messed up. Another time I ordered ky muffin warm with butter and they burnt the top and had the nerve to put itin my bag. This sorry Dunkin is the closet to my job, but I will be going elsewhere. Read more

Sooooo done with this place. I've been a customer since they opened! They screwed my order up, the same one i make almost every... weekend and refused any replacement or reimbursement. They are crooks, will never honor deals or coupons. Make sure you check your coffee before you leave.. they repeatedly make it... wrong.. 2nd time this week making my coffee wrong when I said three times I wanted sugar. Order hot coffee and get it cold, Ihave to microwave a full cup when I get home five minutes later. Have signage in drive-through for $2 Tuesday. Has NEVERhonored this.
