Charged me extra $2 for Almond Milk and sabotaged my drink because I kindly informed them that it did not taste like Caramel... Swirl w Almond Milk. I understand Dunkin service stinks but do not sabotage my drink. Would never come back. Horrible. Read more

Just stopped there. Asked for double chocolate donuts - None. Asked for pumpkin donuts. Paid bill. She handed me coffee and... bag. Bill seemed HIGH! I looked in bag and it was muffins. I asked her to switch for donuts. She informed me she couldn'tbecause they don't do refunds! Who doesn't do refunds when THEY MESS UP? Asked why I didn't get my Senior Discount - theydon't do that either. Cost me extra for staff that doesn't listen or pay attention. Conveniently She didn't give me receipt soI could contact corporate. Read more

This rating is based on attitude, my goodness! We frequent the place, and it seems they have the tendency of getting you out... without wasting time. This isn't done in a professional customer satisfactory service manner, but like there are others in line,so get moving. One thing they do forget is your best customer is the one right infront of you, and great customer service makesloyal customers. First they rush you through the ordering process, after they have made you to wait, then might even say theycan't hear what you saying. Drive to the window, they say; after the order, you might end up asking for things like napkins, receipt, and so forth, but they feel like once they have given you the main order which might not be the right one, you must getgoing without questions. They even tell you to your face, others are in line. There was an incident where I did report to DunkinCorporate, which I don't want to add to this minor ones. Case # 08474435 if you care to know. Like I said from the beginningthis rating is based on attitude. If America runs on Dunkin, we must be treated with respect, not like get your tail out ofhere. Read more

Drive thru takes presidence over walk in. Wait was more than 5 minutes. They apologize but kept working that window! Ordered a... sandwich and my kid threw it out, supposed to be hot, it was ice cold. What happened to good service? It's definitely not here! Read more
