This store just sent away dozens of cars sitting in the drive-through after 15 to 20 minutes. Absolutely awful. The excuse was... that they only had a few people there and couldn?t keep up. The contradicting thing to that was that they did not have anycustomers. What is going on here? I will not be back. Read more

I ordered and iced coffee and 25 munchkins. I should have looked in the box prior to driving away but I didn't. When I got home... I realized the box was half full and there only 14 munchkins. I'm not usually one to write a review but for the price ofeverything these days, including your items, that is unacceptable. People expect what they order. Good thing I wasn't buying formore children, planning for 25 munchkins! I hope going forward employees will take their jobs more seriously and actually fillthe boxes. Read more

Had to run in to use the restroom very fast. Not only was there water all over the floor but the mens bathroom was littered with... (what I believe) used toilet paper. Super gross and probably won?t come back this location. Read more

I am not normally the type of person to write a review, no matter the situation but I'm a little upset about my experience... there this morning. I visit this Dunkin everyday. Today, I ordered my iced coffee, when I took a sip, I knew it was not how Iordered it. No big deal. I turned around and got back in the drive through. When it my time to order, I politely said "hi, Iwas just here a minute ago, I was wondering if I could order a new coffee?" They didn't confirm how I wanted it made oranything just said "yeah, just pull up to the window." Okay. No problem. As I'm waiting to get to the window, my window happensto be rolled down and their back door is open, I see a young lady who looks at me and says "yeah, that's her," and proceeds tolaugh and say to her coworker about adding the swirl. I pulled up to the window, the lady hands me a new iced coffee, which Ioffer to pay for it with my dunkin app, she says "don't worry about it." I say "thank you." I didn't receive an apology for themistake. Okay. While that would have been the nice thing to do, again, no big deal. I then get asked to hand her the iced coffeethat wasn't made right (the one I had already taken a sip out of.) I think overall the experience rubbed me the wrong way. Iwas already having a tough morning and was just looking forward to my usual iced coffee as my "okay, start over" but then I wasmade to feel embarrassed, like it was my fault for the mistake. I think some people forget how easy it is to be kind. It's okayto make mistakes, I make them all the time. It's how you handle them that matters. Read more

Depending on the time of day is how the service and quality is. There's a new young man who I hope stays and I wish the young... lady who could be my daughter would stop calling me sweetie, babe and honey. SMH Miss or Mam would suit properly. Read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE. all the employees are constantly rude. there was no line at the drive thru so i went and ordered 2 coffees.... when i got to the window, no one acknowledged me and i saw 3-4 people standing around doing nothing while i waited at the windowfor 10 minutes. i could see my 2 coffees all made on the counter and everything! horrible, horrible service. absolutelyunacceptable for public service.
