Had pizza from here for the first time yesterday. It was AWESOME ! Delicious ! Huge ! Great quality ingredients ! Excellent... cheese ! Perfect crust ! They don?t seem to show much love for their paying customers. On a recent trip to pick up an order at the restaurant, the girl... at the cash register was clearly talking down to another customer, then continued to bad mouth the lady after she left, eventhough my wife and myself were standing right there listening?Poor Business!?.As far as the food?We?ve stopped going there sincethe food has steadily gone downhill. First time ordering from this place . There was no sauce on the pizza . (I even lifted the cheese to double check ) It was... basically just cheese and spinach on dough . It was so dry ! Never have I eaten dry pizza before . And don?t get me started onthe delivery, it took almost 2 hours for them to come . Update : I called the place & they stated that you have to indicatewhat sauce you want . And I stated I never heard of that and there was no option online to put that . So you end up not givingme no sauce at all. The lady on the phone said she told her third party ?slice? to fix that . In all she kept saying that &still was not trying to help me as the customer. Took two hours to get our order with no call about extended delays. Then it arrived lukewarm and the salad is a container full... of lettuce and nothing else. Not even kidding, never saw a place pull that one. Also, asked for no onions and there they are allover the pizza. We loved this place, but this is the second time with messy issues. You can't even call to ask about anything,you're just met with an angry woman. What a shame. Disappointed. Read more
My family owned a pizza restaurant in New Haven, I mention that because my experience and my expectations are usually high for... pizza joints... I ordered a medium pepperoni and sausage, When I got home I ate the entire thing. I'll probably regret thattomorrow however it was so good I couldn't help myself. We ordered from this restaurant through Door Dash the other night and unfortunately only 3 things from our order were correct.... We ordered broccoli rabe subs and received sides instead, missing a whole pizza and got 2 orders of cake that we didn't evenorder. All of this on top of the order being prepared for almost 2 hours before it was picked up. It was honestly a terribleexperience and I won't order from here again. Read more
