Placed pickup order before arriving. Went through drive-thru to pickup order. Girl working the window told me they were still... making the order and they will bring it out up front. Waited about 15mins upfront. Eventually decided to go inside. Found outthat they gave my pickup order to some random person off the street. Told me I have to wait for them to bring it back. Made mewait 25mins in the restaurant to remake the order (two chicken sandwiches & some sides) with not a single customer in sight. Hadto ask for my two drinks that I had on order. Inside was gross and dirty. Highly recommended staying away from this dump. Staffhave their heads up in the clouds and have no work ethic. Read more
this was the second KFC i'd visited (that's literally all i ate Sunday ... because sometimes you just gotta). the place was... clean, staff extremely friendly and funny. not a long wait at all for my order. thank you all! Read more

The location is old and outdated and everything inside is ?sticky?. Perhaps close the restaurant down for a day and hire a... company to clean from top to bottom entire place. Then train staff to clean, clean clean. No excuses for not cleaning. Food wastypical kfc food but the biscuit was a hockey puck. Col Sanders would not be pleased. They need to close this location. Not busy when I was there. Over charge for a 3 piece wing dinner, which did not have the right... side order that I specifically requested and the wings were so small, looked like baby whole wings and to add insult, wingstastelike they were a day old. The box was wayyyyy tooo large for this joke of a meal!! Biscuit was also old in appearance andvery dry as well. Realized once I reached my destination. This sort of service DOES NOT GET A REDO!! Quite possibly the worst, most disgusting, and just blatantly rude and concerning experience I have had in a fast food... restaurant ever. I had an order ready to be placed through the KFC app. I went inside the store before placing it to confirmthe size of an item. While I waited for an employee to be free to answer my question, I observed a man NOT in a KFC uniformwalk the ENTIRE length of their cooking space carrying a dog... an actual, living, breathing dog, directly through their cookingspace. This man took the dog left and through the side door outside. OBVIOUSLY I was extremely perturbed. Before confirming myorder, I asked to speak to a manager. The woman who confronted me explained that she was both the Store Manager, AND the wife ofthe man who came through carrying the dog. She justified it by saying the dog was being picked up and was only in the kitchenfor "a second." Let me be clear here, I was in the store at around 7:20 PM. Her shift did not start at 7:19 PM. You would haveto be substantial levels of foolish to believe that story, and regardless of the truthfulness of it, its still absolutelyMADDENING that an employee in the food service industry could belive that this is acceptable behavior. There was a dog in thekitchen and that's absolutely disgusting. The fact that this woman shrugged me off and treated such an egregious violation ofthe Health Code (Public Health Code Regulation 19-13-B42) as if I were out of my damn mind to even bring it up, tells me thisstore is beyond repair, and never to be ordered from again regardless of how hungry, or desperate I would happen to be. I'velived a block from this KFC for almost nine years and have ordered from them so many countless times that I don't even think Icould give you an accurate estimation of the sheer amount of money I've spent there.
