Been several times to this location, honestly because of my kids. For the first time I had some coupons that I have received in... a mail. I had some free cookies, chips, drink. Apparently, you can only use one coupon with a purchase. So I decided to only usea coupon ?buy two foot long for $?. Again, you can not choose from their variety, but only pre-selected sandwiches. Theirmanagement tells them how to process. Of course my children don?t like what they offer, so I gave up on the coupons. Not a goodexperience? Walked into store and worker making sandwiches without ???? mask. I asked if worker could put mask on and was laughed at as if... Covid 19 is not real so I kindly walked out. People who work here are incompetent. The girl tried arguing with me because I wanted more than 4 slices of pepperoni on my sub.... Acted like I was bothering her for having to do her job. Kind of disappointed that "$5 foot long" song plays incessantly on TV & radio but that's NOT actually the case. Didn't find out... till my $9.40 turkey sub was rung thru that it's buy 2 get them $5 each. Transparency goes a LONG WAY!! (My opinion) Read more
Was really busy today and only 1 employee working. She was pleasant, paid attention, smiling, made the orders quickly and... correctly and moved the line along really well. The store was clean and well stocked. She did a great job. Read more
The employee was nice that?s the 3 stars, I purchased a hot chicken sub and it was warm at best. I had stomach issues after from... the sub, all hot food has to be 141 degrees or more, anything below that bacteria begins to grow. They only had 1 employee foronline and walk in customers and that?s ridiculous! How can one person do all the orders and keep the place clean at the sametime.
