Idk what it is, but every time I come here I ask for my bread/sub to get extra toasted. Today again and I even asked again if... she did, she said yes. It clearly was NOT extra toasted as there was no "crunch" to the bread as I like. I had stopped cominghere for this reason and that they usually skim on the toppings.
