Foods is usually really yummy and done well at this location. Tonight was a rough night for the new staff it seemed.
The Wendy's at the Pilot in Milford is the best. The employees are friendly and the French fries are HOT ????!
I am gluten intolerant. My wife is not. I can not eat anything there because not even the fries are in a dedicated fryer. The... most if the tables were not really (if at all) cleaned. The woman taking orders didn't understand my questions about glutenfree. With hand and foot we resolved it. I now know why I don't go to Wendy's. It's definitely not the same quality it wasyears ago. There is absolutely nothing positive to say about my experience there. Wait, the desert soft ice cream in the sodacup was ok. Nothing to really compliment but, also nothing to complain about. There was even job interviews in the middle of therestaurant. No offices??? Well, at least there's room to improve...and it needs it. Read more

Great team that handles drive-thru very well, despite huge volume of customers. Never gotten cold or wrong food at this... location. Staff is wonderful please be nice to them. Seriously that drive-thru line may look crazy but they?ll get you in & outfast Read more
The girl working around 1115-1130 pm February 26th at the drive through should be fired immediately made me wait 45 mins in line... lied about the computers being down then refused to have ONE car pull up 15 feet so I could leave because I couldn?t place anorder worst experience I?ve ever had at any food establishment Read more
Regular Wendy's, nothing spectacular. The service was nice though, the lady at the drive through was kind and polite for once.
