It's hard to get donuts and coffee when the front door is locked. I could have spent 20 minutes in the drive thru line, but... decided to go further down Dixie Highway to Starbucks. They had an open lobby and comfortable dining area, not to mention abetter selection of drinks and pastries. Read more
Very disappointed today. Order taker wasn?t paying attention to my order items missing, had to pay twice at the window. Hash... browns were completely burnt and could not eat. Threw my donut in the bag, so all the frosting stuck to my napkin. Everything Ipaid for was basically not edible. Read more

I used the drive through few times and must say-This place is full of surprises. Can be fast processing and running smooth but... the speed comes with a price. Orders are frequently messed up or you get a bagel that is nasty looking or cut awkwardly.Sometimes the order is delayed, and they ask you at pick up window what did you order? The person who takes the order needsbetter communication and listening skills, and the orders are not accurate. Not exactly sure if the person who takes or makesthe orders don?t pay attention to details, but it is probably both. Now, be prepared, if you order ?light cream cheese? -you?llget regular. If you order ?donuts with sprinkles? -you?ll get a donut with no sprinkles or wrong donut. Ordering has browns-andgot this greasy semi burned little pieces?Not to mention that the person who takes the order doesn?t tell you the price,so youmay be shocked with a price, considering they rise the prices constantly. I don?t understand the point of having a Dunkin next to a popular train station if the Dunkin is not going to work quickly and... with the train stops in mind. I woke up early (with this Dunkin?s slowness in mind) just to make sure I had an extra 15-20 minutes before my train to get my coffee. I waited that ENTIRE time in line. If I had waited any longer I would?ve missed mytwin. I?ve never had service so poor at a Dunkin in my life. This is ridiculous. Read more
Ok, I've never been to this Dunkin before and boy am I glad that I went. I ordered a small strawberry refresher ... Delicious!... And since it was later in the day, I asked if the donuts were hard, she stated that she didn't think so. When I got to thewindow she told me that she wanted to make sure that I was satisfied so she gave me a donut to see if it was good. Well, theywere so I bought a dozen more!! They was some of the best customer service. Even when she first greeted me, you could hear thesmile in her voice. The food, beverages and associates were great!! Come on out and check them out! Try this! Hot chocolate with shots of coconut flavor and whip cream. This location is always on spot here when I visit.
