If I could give them 0/5 stars I would. I Got there on a Friday night around 6:30. Obviously expected a little wait as it seemed... a bit busy. 30 minutes in and we watched a table of 5 be seated in our same section and immediate be brought fork,napkins, andhave their drinks ordered. We at this point had never even been introduced to our server and gotten these and ultimately gave upon eating here for the night. I have never felt less valued as a costumer. Went there Friday night around 10. The place was a madhouse. A table of kids seemed to dine and dash as we walked in. Waited... a few minutes to get a table, which was fine since it was pretty packed. Waitress came by and took our drink order while welooked over the menu. Ten minutes later there were still no drinks and the waitress walked by our table a few times. Weoverheard the person behind us say their food came out cold. We called it, got up and walked out and went home. We've eatenhere plenty of times, dine in and take out. Never had an experience like this. Usually it's pretty good. Read more
Terrible service I went with my family I ordered the drinks and I was waiting a long time I had to ask someone else and to top... it off I was ready to order and the person who attended me called and ignored me I really said!!! and she answered me. Yesreally!! there is no time!!! I think that since my family is Latino, they look at us reluctantly, very racist, terrible, Iasked her for the bill, she started laughing... her supervisor came out and they didn't charge me for the drinks, that would bethe last straw Because we don't even drink, I don't understand where your ethics are? Went with my buddies. The staff is very attentive and kind; and though our orders took a while to be brought on our table, the... food was great. That Oreo milkshake is the best on Earth. Read more

Food was okay. Service was slow. Empty boths but still a wait. A section had a party and ended before we were seated, they... were still clearing the table when we were leaving. Server didn't announce the special drinks, poor girl seemed completelyexhausted. Food was tasty. Maybe going at a different time would have been best. Read more

They deliver my food cold and my burger at the wrong term. It was not busy. IDK maybe they need a better chef or a faster... waitress. Read more
