In went into your store. I wanted a egg and cheese biscuit with Beyond sausage. The cashier look at me like I was crazy. She... then called an other worker over in Spanish. She didn?t understand me either. There was 4 people in the store and I no onereally understood what I was asking for. After going back and forth I just said give me BISCUIT WITH CHEESE. When I got home andunwrapped my sandwich it was and egg an cheese on ENGLISH MUFFIN ! I am not happy at all. Very bad customer service. Read more
I walked over to this location hoping to get a latte at 8:20 pm on 2/8/2022. To my surprise the door was locked while the staff... saw me standing outside and looked at each other signaling they were closed. I looked over and said it's not 9pm and was thenignored by both staff members there. They stared over and waited for me to leave. It's very upsetting the poor service andcustomer skills people hired these days offer. This is a corporate business and should do BETTER. Do not have open and closetimes if you will do as you please. The sign specifically says 9pm so to be closed more than 30 minutes before is absurd to me,I would understand 8:55 however it was not the case. I called to complain I was not surprised to get the answering machine. Thislocation was a total DISAPPOINTMENT. Please just save yourself this problem and Go ANYWHERE ELSE. Read more
I walk in to the establishment to be greeted by bees and bugs crawling and flying around. Food is not fully cooked and... luke-warm. I also watched as my mother called dunkin to place an order for me and the worker says ?don?t answer it?? wasabsolutely in shock with the awful service and attitude the worker had. Read more
Went in this morning 6/18/17 ordered 1 coffee and 1 latte asked for in in a regular white cup so it wouldn't spill also ordered... 4 egg and cheese wraps and one hash brown well done. Hash browns were not well done and tasted freezer burned, the wraps lookedlike they barely were in the oven cold and white the egg was cold too. The latte was given in a latte cup after I regulated aregular cup and had to ask them to change it the regular coffee was done right. Read more
