I have to say; that I?m very upset with how my online order has been dealt with the last two days. I ordered on line yesterday,... they didnt include a fountain drink AND chips. Thank goodness I checked the bag before I left the store. I ordered online today,they gave me a 6inch BLT when I ordered a foot long. On another sandwich, the bread was so hard, it makes that sandwich noteatable. I?ve been going to this subway for 7 years. Not once have they said ?Hi! How are you?? Or even tried to acknowledgerepeat customers. The fact they are trying to save money on the online orders is beyond what I expect. Very disappointed. Read more
Poor service, does not honor Subway coupons. I will not patronize any Subway that refuses to honor their promotions.
A good value, a quick, well organized process to get a sandwich. I?m a deli guy for better overall food taste and overstuffed... sandwiches, but Subway is consistent and clean and not a bad alternative. The food is fresh too! Read more
This is quite a review to share so please some may have already had this experience. It seems that subway and the local owners... has conspired with other local owners to not accept subway coupons. The company spends tens of millions of dollars on marketingand advertising and mails the coupons to my home with other weekly flyer discounts. The subway have a sign up will not acceptcoupons and had the audacity to lie and say that the company POS machine will not accept the coupons. It is a lie! They are allcomplaining that they don?t get their kickbacks from corporate and will not honor of the coupons. I?m done with Subway I?m donewith this owner, who is a cheapskate and A liar. As it is when I went in there other times, I had to fight with the womanproprietor when I asked for extra olives. She would dabble on one or two more. I had to ask two more times for olives. Thesubway sucks. Do not patronize the store. They have no right to refuse the coupons this is a corporate entity. They areconspiring with other stores. Do not patronize Subway there are other options for sandwiches. I am extremely disappointed at astore in my hometown. Close up and move on. Maybe Jimmy John?s will move into town. Read more
Some Subways are better than others. Most Subways will try to give you as little as possible on your sandwich. If you get... shredded cheese, it's barely a sprinkle. I got a wrap which SHOULD have as much meat and cheesecake as a footlong but NO. Ithink I'll go elsewhere for what I paid, $14.27 AND they wouldn't even give me a cup for some ice to go with my bottle of soda!! Yet you get a cup when you purchase tap soda ???? this Subway has lost it's appeal with me. Just go to Jersey Mike's and saveyourself the aggravation. Read more
Came in at 7:10pm closes at 8 pm according to sign on door and online. She was helping another gentleman telling him she can?t... take cash etc because she can?t open the the register. Waited for my turn. Rudely she screams from the other side ? what do youwant?. I told her just a chicken teriyaki sub and she just says ? well im not taking card ?. Clearly had closed registers. Shelet the other guy walk out with his sub which he will be back to pay tomorrow. Everyone wants to go home early just lock thedoors and do things right no need for nasty attitudes. Read more
For a $10 sandwich you would expect more but nope will never be back here again walked in and waited 2 minutes as the owner was... sitting down on her phone . Something is up with this subway. Went today and one of the workers was with someone while the other sat at the table beside me... on her phone. I waited a decent amount of time then she got up to help out. I asked for grilled chicken and instead she wavedher hands over the assortment to choose from. I didn?t know what she meant by the gesture so I said ?grilled chicken? again.Which is my typical order- she finally used her words and said ?there?s none left? strange behavior. I?m pretty sure notspeaking to someone who you?re making a sandwich for is rude. She also charged me way more than I typically spend at subway forthe same items.
