Ordered ahead from the fall festival. Was surprised that they called me before we got there to see if we were coming to get it.... But when we arrived, they didn't even have it together. Had to point out twice that our order was not complete. There were nonapkins at all so we had to ask for some. My daughters sub was made with the wrong meat on it like they made a mistake and triedto fix it.Cleaning up and there were no garbage bags in the trash cans. Had to ask for those too. Then while we were getting thekids ready to go they rudely opened the door to the play area and said this room closes at 9! It was 8:45. If they were shortstaffed I could understand but there was 1 dark haired guy and a young blonde that seemed to be trying to be helpful and politebut the remaining 6+ employees were literally just sitting in the back. You have to argue with these people to get them to take your money and serve you. I will not be buying anything from any BC... location again. I am a utility worker that went to order lunch. They told me repeatedly that they need a physical address todeliver to, I?m across the street from the address given in a Frieghtliner with 48 inch by 31 inch tires with flashing lightsand cones outside. It is very obvious where I am at. The deliver drivers have had no problems finding me the other two timesI?ve done this because I give good descriptions of my location. I still tip well after it takes over an hour to get my pizza 5miles away because it?s good pizza. The quality of the woman I spoke to today is very poor and I believe she deserves to loseher job. Best pizza place around hands down. I ordered a few thin crusts pizzas for me and my family as well as the cheese breadsticks.... Those things are basically like crack. So good. 100% recommend this place to anyone living or visiting in the area. Staff wasfriendly and helpful as well! Read more
I have always enjoyed BC pizza their food is always good. And even though my order was wrong when I came to pick it up they were... quick to fix it. However I was a little bit grossed out When while I was waiting for my pizza I watched an employee walk intothe bathroom and use the restroom with their apron on. It?s once in a blue moon that i actually get my garlic parmesan crust; and when i ask for it and they REPEAT It back to me AND... it?s on the ticket i get when i go and pick it up or when it?s delivered to my house. The best gluten free pizza crust we have found yet! My wife can't have gluten, and I chose to not eat a it when we go out, but I... would get this crust with it without a gluten allergy, it's just that good. Read more
Nothing too crazy or special as far as decor or atmosphere or even food quality, but this was a great value when we were... visiting in town. Kids 6-12 were $5.00 each for the buffet and my kids ate plenty. Kids under 6 were free. Can't beat thatvalue for full bellies. The girl working the register was nice but short changed me, even so, I felt like it was a greatdeal! My kids enjoyed the play area. Read more
