Would love to be able to review their food, but I was just ignored for 10 minutes after walking in
Never again. I don't know where to start. No hot n ready pizza at all for over 35 mins, no bread sticks, no wings up, nothing.... Store manager screaming at her employees instead of talking and directing them the right way. My pizza was completelyundercooked, bread sticks they gave were undercooked. Complete madness is this location. Multiple people in waiting room veryuncomfortable because the way the store manager was screaming at the young employees. A man waiting 40 mins for only two hourand ready pizza n bread sticks. The staff was amazing besides the manager. I'll never come back again and will try to contactthe franchise owner to take this pizza n raw Bread sticks back for with a refund or replace it at a different location. Line upin lobby for things they should have up already. Stop screaming and embarrassing and belittling your staff!!!!! Read more
Every time I have been here there is always a 20-25 minute wait for "hot and ready" pizzas. Not sure what the common issue is... every time I've went here that there is such a long wait time. Read more
I asked for a Hot-N-Ready pizza, was told the next one would be out in 5 minutes, 25 minutes later they finally handed me the... pizza. I get home and open the box to find a sad burnt pizza, burnt so bad I could smell the char when I opened the box, totallyinedible. Check the pizza before you leave the store! Read more
Last time stopped at 7,nothing ready. This time something like a pizza. More cheese on breadsticks than pizza. Worst looking... pizza ever. Tasted fine just disappointed. Read more
I started calling at 6:30 to order a pizza and no one answered, kept.calling probably seven times. Finally I drove into town at... 7:30, mind you I live 10 miles out of town. When I got to Little Caesars they had maybe 4 people in the store and the phonecontinued to ring and nobody answered. This is no way to run a business or anyway to treat customers. I orderd a pizza simplybecause I was starving. I am sitting outside waiting and now there is no one in the store, I wonder if they are answering thephone yet. It is now 7:46 and I'm going to see if my pizza is ready. I prefer Little Caesars pizza but after this experience Imay have to switch to BC Pizza. Hope management sees my review!!! Not happy!!!! Usually either takes forever to get an undercooked pizza or your order is done 10 minutes earlier than quoted and is overdone.... Sometimes you'll get lucky and everything turns out OK. Still better than any other pizza options in town. Read more
Multiple burned pizzas. "Hot and ready," are NEVER ready. Horrible service. I'm not sure how this franchise hasn't been yanked... from the corporate charter. Definitely not in line with how Little Caesars operate on a national level. Smh. Read more
