Went in tonight first time and last time. Sara took our order with an attitude and river is so highstrung they were both very... dismissive. I don't believe customer service industry is the place for them. I had issue with paper towel and mentioned it, Sara rolled her eyes and said how did you wipe your hands? I told her my jeans and river comes around the counter aggressivelyyelling about someone closed the machine that is broken. She didn't apologize for her behavior and was again dismissive badenough she burned the coffee. Never returning. Calling corporate on Monday. Read more

i enjoy iced coffee and every time i get an iced coffee from biggby, it tastes like severely watered down coffee w no flavor.... also i dont think they have any decent vegan food options? Read more

The Staff was amazing the Manager Shelby was extremely rude. Upon arriving we informed staff we'd need to speak with a manager... about something work related for their building. we were informed she's just leaving for the ban kind will be right back. wewait for her and she returns then proceeds to ignore us while pretending to wait on customers. Not manager material ran awayfrom the unknown problem instead of trying to solve it, this is a very poor reflection on your company. Read more
