Went with friends. One friend found a bread tie cooked into his burger. Waitress seemed to have an attitude. Waitress was mostly... absent. Store manager seemed to not care about the food issue. Manager seemed to have a poor IDGAF attitude. Charged fullprice on wings on Bogo day. Extremely poor service and quality for such a high profile store. Read more
Ordered on the app around 8:40pm. Said it would be ready around 9:40pm. Go to pick it up and they say they don't have the order.... Finally they magically find it, but have to make it still. So there goes another 20 minutes of waiting for the food. We bring itback to the car and check it. We are missing all of the sauces and celery. So we go back in and they give us some ranches andour celery. We get to my apartment and unload the bag completely. We were still missing 1 ranch and received no southwesternranch for the fried pickles, which were not crispy and pretty undercooked. I decided to try this location for dinner with my partner and was very very disappointed. When we arrived, I paid and received... my food, but then realized we hadn't gotten our fries. I let an employee know and he said he would figure it out. 15 minuteslater, we still had not received our fries so I flagged down another employee who had no idea about the fries and said theywould put it together "right now." They came back with a very small box of fries. I questioned it and said the bundle shouldcome with a large fry. I was given a very short answer, told this is how it comes ( a small handful of fries???) and decided tojust cut my losses. When I got to the car, all my wings were already 100% cold because I had to wait for the fries...which Ididn't really ever get. I'm really frustrated and ended up with cold wings. My garlic parm boneless wings were soggy fromsitting as well. I will definitely go way out of my way to the other location next time and not be back. Ordered takeout from the app, waited until my app said food was ready for pickup before going in. Once inside I was patient... while waiting for someone to help me. I gave my name for my pickup order and she had to go in the back to check if it was ready,she came back and said 5 more minutes. About 5 minutes later she came back out with more bags of to go orders and said they werestill bagging mine up. About 10 minutes later they finally had brought out my order which was a large order (6 of us) and Imentioned that I still needed my drink. It was a bit noisy at this time as there were plenty of people now waiting for to goorders so I didn't here her response when I said I was still waiting on a drink. While waiting for my drink I looked through mybag and was missing an item which took at least 5 more minutes to get. Embarrassing. Two separate orders within two weeks of each other and they can't deliver the meals without forgetting something.... Additionally, what they advertise online (in picture) is not what you receive. The Buffalo Chicken Pizza that was sent wasactually flatbread with nothing else on it but the thinnest layer of cheese. The food was also cold to the touch. Which isinteresting, as the driver was informed by your staff that it was still being made upon arrival. The employees are barely anyhelp and couldn't care less. Their new chicken sandwich is really good! I ordered it with an online promo and saw others complaining in the comments. I don't... know where they ordered their's, but no complaints about mine. Great flavor and portion size. Fries were just okay. Read more
The lunch menu is very affordable. Plentiful portion for $10. The wait staff was very friendly.
