There were only the Manager and a friendly young man named Dontrell working when I went through the drive thru Friday afternoon.... I felt bad for them trying to get everyone in drive thru served. These 2 deserve a raise!! Great, friendly service even thoughthey were swamped!! Read more
The drive-thru person did not acknowledge us at all after we gave our order..we sat and waited but he never repeated our order... or told us the total..or told use which window to pull up to...first window was not in operation...had huge garbage can insidewhere a person would stand. When he got to the second window...the guy took a long time to get our money...the drinks came outquickly...the food not so much. You will be trapped in a drive through line for around a half hour. There's barriers on either side so you can't leave the line... when you realize how long the wait is. I feel like I've been taken hostage. It's been 30 minutes and I still don't have my food. Read more
Stopped here because we wanted to get something quick on a trip. This was the slowest Burger King I?ve ever been to. Milkshake... machine was broken and we honestly thought the place was abandoned/closed when we pulled up due to the state of the parking lotand landscaping, guess that should have been our clue to keep driving. I feel so bad for the staff here, the lady who served us was attentive and lovely, but I think she may have been there alone, or... with maybe one other staff and she was clearly stressed while trying to handle the amount of orders. From beginning to drivethru line to getting our food it was about a 45 min wait. Again, no fault to the staff who helped us, but the management areextremely irresponsible if they think having so little staff on at a time is acceptable. THEY should be on the floor helping ifthey're so understaffed. Read more
Customer service is 5 stars. The employee who helped fix my order was super nice, understanding, and friendly. The food quality... (out of her hands) is like a zero star. I ordered the new spicy chicken sandwich. Thankfully I started to eat it in the parkinglot. As soon as I pulled the sandwich out of the sleeve it comes in, grease fell in my lap. And the parchment paper around thesandwich was covered and dripping in grease. Working in the food industry, I immediately assumed someone pulled the filetstraight it of the fryer without leaving in in the basket for a few seconds, and not shaking the basket at all. When I went into ask for a new sandwich, as I couldn't eat that greasy mess... the employee told me that was the "spicy glaze" that is oilbased. This is the worst Burger King in the state. Don?t bother expecting to get the food that you order. If you go there, the order is... incorrect. If you order food from there, half of your order is incomplete. If you call? No one answers. Don?t try to feed yourfamily; because they will make sure not to be competent enough to fulfill an order. It?s not even a situation where you can chopit up to a bad day. Everyday is a bad day with this establishment. Why this location is still open is a complete mystery. Thestaff sits there doing god knows what, only to halfass everything they do. It?s insane at this point. If I could give negativestars I would. Ownership needs to change out the management because it?s been years at this point. Precovid this place wasgarbage and now it?s even worse. How is that possible. Do not go here.
