The last 3 times I've been to this location I have been dissatisfied. From not accepting cash unless it's exact (only sign on... that is one at the beginning of the counter that is so faded it's a challenge to read), to never having fajita veggies (makingthe only vegetarian option beans), to today when I asked for chips and was told they are for "mobile order only right now". If Iget food from this location again in the next year I will be thoroughly disappointed in myself that I forgot how ridiculous itis to walk into this store. Read more

This place is a mess. There's always only one person doing in person orders so it takes around 20 min to get through like 4... customers. They're always missing something. I've had times where they were missing guac, no cheese, no lettuce, and even nomeat other than barbecoa. There was also a time where they only had online ordering which is perplexing bc I came at prime lunchhours. Most of the time their portions are very small too. They're lucky this is the only chipotle around otherwise I'm almostpositive this place would be closing. Probably worst run and worst overall chipotle I've ever been to. Read more

Do not order pick up from this location. The quality of the ingredients in the back kitchen is disgusting. Rice that is hard and... tastes like it's 3 days old. Meet that tastes like it's expired. Gross is an understatement. Read more

The chipotle near us was not doing mobile orders so we decided to make the 20 min drive to this one on a Saturday night. It was... 8:30 when we ordered and it said it would be ready by 9. Online it said they were closing at 10. After driving there we walkedup to the door and it said they were no longer taking any orders and the restaurant was visibly closed. We spent the next halfhour trying to talk to someone but couldn?t talk to a human, only automated messages. Finally I was texting with an agent andthey said they would refund us within ?3-5 business days?. By the time we got the refund handled all other places were closingand we didn?t have time to go anywhere. It's Friday night in East Lansing, around 7:30 p.m. and we come to Chipotle for dinner. We expect the line to be long and the... restaurant to be busy, but tonight was different. As we approached the front counter to place our order, we notice severalthings that had a negative impact on our experience. First off, there was an employee behind the counter eating chips ineveryone's faces. We over heard him complaining to other coworkers about "what am I supposed to do?". There was a young ladyworking her butt off trying to accommodate for the customers needs by: calling out refills, cutting chicken herself, and makingthe food all at the same time. Meanwhile, there's another employee standing right next to her not doing anything. When shefinally stepped up, she completely made our orders incorrectly, clearly showing that she was untrained. When we finally get tothe cashier (guy eating chips), he tells us, after ordering chips and guacamole, that there are no chips. In addition to himexclaiming that the chips he was eating are not back there, he also had a disrespectful and condescending tone. Most of theseissues are managerial in nature which made this the worst chipotle experience we ever had. We will not be going here again. Read more

Came into the location with my family. There were four people working. One in prep, one on the register, and two on the line.... There were three other people in the establishment. We were the only ones in line to order. No one bothered to greeted us. Thetwo young ladies were both clearly working on a single ToGo order. Neither one of them said hello or a pleasant greetingcoupled with we will be right with you! They all worked VERY hard to NOT make eye contact and pretend we didn't exist It'skinda hard to miss two adults and three small children. After I made a point to make eye contact with someone, one young ladysaid, "I'll be with you once I finish this order." She seemed irritated, not pleasant and the interaction was not polite orwelcoming. I asked how her day was and that was also met with irritation. They both went back to completing this ToGo orderINSTEAD OF dividing and one person continued with the order and one person managed the in store customers. Because no one elsebothered to engage us in conversation or try to help us to save this sinking ship, (does it take that many people to fill a ToGoorder?) we left. For whatever reason the two young ladies on the line looked surprised that we were leaving. We will not beback. I have worked in customer service and food service. This should not have happened. We were there for at least ten minutesto not be served, with no one else in line ordering food. Additional observation: the dip line was a mess and needed to be wipeddown!
