The Bath Rooms are ?Out of Order?. They were ?Out of Order? all last summer. They have been ?Out Of Order? every time I have... come here. i?m gonna go out in a limb here and say that they don?t want the public using their bathrooms and they?re using thatas an excuse. Love this place, but hate how they got rid of the banana flavored ice cream. Other than that, prices and selection of flavors... and toppings are good. The serving size just depends on who scoops as some are more generous than others. Good, friendly serviceand this place has been clean the times we've visited. Read more

We ordered 2 Everybody?s ice-cream, one for us and the other to take to our friends. But both of them were about 2/3rd's in the... box and not full, pictures attached. How can you take a less-than-full box for the host!!! It looks like we eat from it and werebringing remaining leftovers... This happened even before, it was for us, still less than what we paid for, but this wasembarrassing!! Why do they do that??? Don't they understand that when they are charging for a full box but only filling2/3rd's!! This is wrong! Stop cheating customers! Read more

Stop there tonight with my wife we ordered two ice creams. My wife came out fine mine came out nothing like it supposed to look... like in the picture you can not see none of the ingredients that they're supposed to be known for. She said it's $14.00. Iquestioned her on it he says no it's all in there I started eating it and went back up the counter and says I'm not happy withthis. She said you can throw it away then and ask me if I'd like something else I said yes I pointed to a different flavor herassociate starts to make it for me and she says to me she's cuz I can ring you up down at the end of the counter I said what doyou mean ring me up she was you have to pay for it I said you told me to throw the first one away if I didn't like it she wasthat's right but you still have to pay for the second one. I?ve been here 3 times and every single time my order is wrong. I request sweet cream, I get vanilla. I would say I have a... pretty easy order so it shouldn?t be hard to mess up. Not to mention I paid $14.14 cents for 2 signature ice cream with wafflecones. Seems a bit over priced especially when they can?t get my order right the last 3 times I?ve gone. I don?t mind paying forthe ice cream if it was actually made how I requested. Read more

I was here yesterday, and it was awful. I got a ?Love It?, and it less than Half the size it should be, which I know because... I?ve ordered it a million times. Both staff members were snotty and rude!! And I paid for two additional toppings and hardly gotany. They didn?t even chop up the Reeses cups.. it was just 2 big chunks. Worst experience ever, don?t recommend. It?s moresatisfying to go to tasty twist up the street. Read more

It?s 5:30pm. The open light is still on. But the door is locked. Two gentlemen working inside. I knocked the door for 5mins... called them. They did not respond.
